PRICING

CFSA offers a special rate for non-members who sign up to become a CFSA Member when registering for the conference. New members will receive the CFSA Member conference rate of $1,095, and a reduced membership rate of $2,500 for the first year. (Savings of $2,500) through the early bird cut-off date of March 1, 2018.  After that time, new members will pay the regular rate of $1,295 per attendee.

Member Price Verification

The published registration rates are subject to the membership status of your company at the start of the conference. Should your company membership status change between the time of registration and the start of the conference, you may be subject to a change in your rate.

Substitutions

Send requests via email with "Registration Substitutions" as the subject line to events@cfsaa.com and include a $50 processing fee. In order to guarantee that your name will appear on the final registration list, your substitution request must be received on or before March 19, 2018.

Cancellations & Refunds

Send requests via email with "CFSA Cancellations" as the subject line to events@cfsaa.com. See below for the refund schedule:

• Received on or before March 2, 2018: Full refund minus $100 processing fee for attendees, $500 processing fee for exhibitors.
• Received between March 3 and March 19, 2018: Refund of 50 percent of the registration fee minus $100 processing fee, $500 processing fee for exhibitors.
• March 20, 2018: No refunds after this date.
